JapaneseCarbon Neutral Declaration
The OYO Group has declared that we will achieve carbon neutral by 2050.
Based on our management philosophy of "engineer a harmony between human society and the natural environment, sustain the safety and security of society from an engineering approach and achieve social contributions through development of the company's business", we provide our customers with solutions for climate change countermeasures in our business activities. Furthermore, as a corporate group that is trusted by society and aims for sustainable growth, the OYO Group recognizes our responsibility to actively address climate change in our own organizational activities.
By 2050, we will reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases (Scope 3) to net zero. This includes not only greenhouse gases from the Group's organizational activities, but also from all suppliers involved in the Group's business.
In order to achieve carbon neutrality, we will expand the use of renewable energy, promote energy saving measures, and further improve management efficiency by enhancing DX (Digital Transformation). We will disclose our progress as necessary.
