Through personnel and organizational reform, we will make a full shift from regional-oriented strategy to business-oriented strategy.
We will expand our business in four segments suitable for business-oriented strategy:
① Infrastructure Maintenance, Management, and Renovation ② Natural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, ③ Environment, and ④ Natural Resources and Energy.
We will solve customer’s challenges by providing solution services
which use information technologies in all business areas.
We will comply with the laws, regulations and social norms of the countries and regions where we operate, and promote our business activities with ethical standards.
We will ensure the proper management and protection of information assets in order to satisfy the trust of society and our customers.
The following strategic items are identified as priority themes for business activities.
Through thorough education and training, we will break away from conventional awareness, prevent various risks related to management, and enhance social trust.
We will create sales products that accurately meet customer needs and accelerate business development.
We will create new value through the establishment of three-dimensional ground technology and develop new markets.
By sharing information and collaborating among business divisions, we aim to achieve contract, sales, and operating profit budgets and achieve profitability on a monthly basis.
By improving productivity and work-life balance (WLB) through the work style revolution, we will improve profits and create a comfortable working environment.
We will further promote social contribution activities through disaster prevention and mitigation support, comprehensive learning support for local communities, thorough compliance, promotion of safety activities, and outreach activities such as academic conferences and exhibitions.
We will take all possible measures to ensure the security of information assets handled in our business and take measures to prevent loss, theft, tampering, and leakage.
The quality, environment, and information security management systems are continually improved to maintain their effectiveness.
Each headquarter, office and division set its own quality/environmental/information security targets and regularly monitors and continuously reviews the status of achievements through business execution and PDCA activities in accordance with management systems documents.
